Colossal joint benefits
The quality is excellent, with a great composition of ingredients. The size is average and contains many minerals. The benefits for the joints are tremendous, particularly concerning soreness in the knees. This excellent supplement only requires one dose, and it has no taste.

Less pain experienced
I take this product alongside an inositol-only product from the same brand. I was unaware that one side effect of inositol could be loss of appetite, but I've been focusing less on food. Although I am still waiting to see the effect on my cycle, my pain has definitely lessened.
